IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED ONE DOLLAR ($1.00 USD).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FreestyleDM, its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of and access to the Service
Your violation of any term of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right or privacy right
Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FreestyleDM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. All generated content is random and for entertainment purposes only. We make no representations about the suitability, balance, or appropriateness of generated content for your specific gaming needs.
